Using membership information held in our Salesforce database, as well as our website and email marketing tools, the Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating bespoke reports on how our members interact with our online and offline offer. You will also be responsible for supporting teams across the organisation to implement effective CRM practice and use our Salesforce database to manage our relationships with members and other stakeholders, ensuring that we manage our members’ data in line with current data regulation requirements. The Digital Marketing Officer will also be involved in the development of a digital offer for members, whether by enabling access to online resources and e-training, finding and connecting with other members, or signing up to upcoming training. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in using technology to increase efficiency through improved information sharing and facilitating access to online resources and support. We are looking for someone with great communication skills who will support others to use new systems.  You will also be an advanced Salesforce user with basic administrator knowledge. Location: 47 – 49 Pitfield Street, London, N1 6DA Salary: : £29,517 plus contributory pension scheme Hours: 37.5 hours per week Leave: 31 days (including 5 closure days) plus 8 bank holidays Term: Until 31st August 2020, with potential to extend depending on funding

Are you highly experienced at digital fundraising?  Do you have strong content marketing skills? We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee effective marketing of Dogs Trust through digital channels to key audiences – encouraging engagement and action. Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK with a nationwide network of rehoming centres and charity shops. Last year, Dogs Trust centres cared for over 15,000 dogs; we never put a healthy dog down. The Digital department work across the organisation to ensure digital output is consistent in look and feel and tone to ensure organisational messages are communicated effectively. This role will manage email marketing, search marketing and digital advertising and has an additional focus on digital fundraising including acquisition and retention. The position will involve close liaison with our Fundraising and Marketing team, and will act as line manager for a Digital Marketing Officer. To be successful in this role you will have experience of overarching digital marketing planning to support brand priorities and drive income, as well as being skilled in digital display advertising – such as retargeting, programmatic – and media buying.  An excellent communicator, you will have the ability to share key information and reasoning with all members of staff both internally and externally, and you’ll be an expert in juggling multiple priorities. Through the use of our CRM tool (IBM Campaign) you’ll keep a close eye on our daily campaigns, apply claw backs where needed and ensure that all campaigns have gone at on time and as expected. You will ensure that data attributes are available for the successful scheduling of the daily run and raise issue logs with internal/external stakeholders if we have failures. You’ll need to be proactive and on top of multiple daily reports from stakeholders across the business assessing any potential issues which may impact our campaign performance.
