An excellent opportunity has become available to within our Brand Team in the P&H marketing department to deliver the annual marketing plan within time frames and within budget. Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of local and regional marketing including branch and showroom launches, events and production and distribution of general in branch collateral Champion the use of local marketing for branches and manage reporting mechanisms for Return On Investment measures for potential future local marketing initiatives Work with selected agencies, building relations to support marketing initiatives including creative, media and PR for branch requirements Promote the brand profiles and propositions across the division and individual branches, developing clear communications in line with brand guidelines. Manage day to day activities for PR and above the line marketing activity to support campaigns across the different brands, working to agreed timescales and budgets. Maintain the industry and competitor activity tracker and support with market and customer insight requirements across the Division. Management of the day to day customer loyalty programmes to increase brand awareness, support colleagues and help with customer growth and KPIs. Support the brand team with absences and work proactively to support colleagues within the wider Marketing team. Profile You will be currently working at a Marketing Assistant level or have exposure to working within a marketing environment. You will be results driven, customer and business focused with excellent analytical skills. Strong communication and project management skills are essential in the role. You will possess proven negotiation skills in dealing with agencies and demonstrate good stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
