We are looking to recruit a talented Lead CRM Analyst to join our growing team of data specialists with a focus on using our data and insights effectively to drive an outstanding personalised client experience. Collaborating across our marketing, Data Science and Insight teams, you will help to inform our communication strategy. Using your knowledge of financial services and your experience of data and analytics, you will help to shape our marketing campaigns to insure their intelligent use of data and personalisation to improve engagement and conversion. We are looking for someone with a mix of incredible analytical skills, great commercial focus, a wealth of industry knowledge and the gravitas to negotiate between different marketing squads to coalesce many competing ideas into a structured client centric marketing plan. Heading up a team of 4-5 Analysts who are responsible for providing the data and insights that fuel our marketing efforts, we are looking for someone with skills and experience to maintain and develop a highly performing team. Key duties and responsibilities: Managing and developing a team of 4-5 marketing Insight Analysts responsible for executing our targeted marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels Coordinating and refining our marketing schedule through collaborating with our Campaign Managers Drive the intelligent use of data in creating a consistent and personalised client experience across multiple channels Champion the technology requirements for marketing and developing our marketing automation capability Develop our collective understanding of our clients and how we can intelligently communicate to them through collaborating across marketing, proposition and data Managing post campaign analytics and reporting back to key business stakeholders and leading the ongoing campaign optimisation Develop potential audiences, segments and predictive models in collaboration with our Data Scientists Establish the data driven rules of engagement for marketing, how often should we contact our clients and why What we are looking for: Analytical – able to use data effectively to help shape broad concepts into detailed actions Technology evangelist – have a passion for technology and how data can be used to improve client experiences Digital marketer – understand the role of channels in the context of the customer journey and be passionate about connecting the right audiences with the right channels and experiences Commercially focused – able to spot the best opportunities and flex approach based on business priorities Client centric – manage the competing marketing pressures to deliver the right message for each and every client Knowledge of saving and investing - an appreciation for which products and messages are appropriate for different client segments and how ideas for messaging could be tailored An effective manager – able to develop, motivate and lead others Requirements Essential skills and experience: 5 years + previous experience of a data driven marketing environment managing a client contact database Previous experience of managing a team of Analysts Degree educated in numerate discipline (e.g. mathematics/statistics) Understanding of Financial Services products and propositions Desirable skills and experience Previous Financial Services experience Adobe Marketing Cloud (Campaign/Analytics/Target) SQL Collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA / Confluence) Working knowledge of CRM systems, databases and analytical tools Hargreaves Lansdown is an inclusive employer that values diversity in its workforce.
