Job Overview 

Real Chemistry is looking for a Vice President, Influencer Creative to join our growing team!

As Vice President, Head of Creative, you will lead starpower’s creative process and execution,  generating innovative ideas that drive exceptional social content and influencer campaigns. You’ll be adept at problem-solving and finding solutions that benefit the company, clients, and account teams alike.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate innovative ideas across all existing and emerging social platforms and inspire colleagues to create world-class, pioneering work and content.
  • Working alongside an integrated team of strategists and analysts, lead the ideation and concepting of the influencer campaign, scripts and content development that bring to life brand’s desired messaging and drives business goals.
  • Guide, teach and push members of the team in developing concepts that are socially relevant and on brand for clients.
  • Generate ideas to help pitch and win new business.
  • Work with internal and external strategic partners to create campaigns and content using the most current industry best practices and trends.
  • Oversee and provide thought leadership in the assessment of existing influencer programs and content for value, relevance, aesthetics, branding and overall experience.
  • Research and identify innovative social trends and formats, bringing forward ideas to elevate clients’ creative
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team on implementation feasibility to ensure conceptual ideas are realizable.
  • Build confidence with clients through compelling presentation of content ideas.
  • May develop junior teams with careful and consistent feedback, mentorship and model behavior

What you should have:

  • At least 10+ years of industry experience concepting campaign and content series for a brand, publisher or platform.
  • Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience and industry award winning work
  • Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients
  • Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences, with proven conceptual and scripting abilities
  • Experience working with large teams in client-facing role
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $180,000.00-$235,000.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
