Sr. Paid Social Media Manager

Are you an expert and passionate about paid Meta ads and paid social ads marketing? If so, Ignite Visibility is looking for a highly skilled full-time Sr. Paid Social Ad Account Manager to join our fast-growing and fully remote team digital marketing agency, based in San Diego.

This position is a great opportunity for an individual with demonstrated paid social ad management in Facebook ads and other paid social channels to grow their skills on large budget paid social media campaigns while working with a talented team, advanced processes, and interesting clients. 

The Paid Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading medium or enterprise client’s media strategy, monitoring performance, and reporting to clients. The Paid Social Media Manager will also be expected to directly manage high-value client initiatives and provide strategic campaign strategies and results. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social (Facebook) advertising strategy and execution for six to eight clients
  • Develop and support end-to-end paid social strategy to align with brand and original content goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce)
  • Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics
  • Coordinate with Creative, PPC, analytics, SEO, social and web development teams
  • Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts
  • Provide clear creative direction to designers
  • Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the acquisition team and other strategic partners

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of paid media work experience with an emphasis in paid social
  • Hands on experience in managing monthly client campaign budgets from $20k+ 
  • Proven success with both lead gen and eCommerce accounts
  • Excel / Google sheets competency including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Data studio or similar reporting experience with data visualization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented
  • Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Winning Can Do Attitude 
  • Strong Attention to Detail

  • Facebook Blueprint Certified
  • Emerging Paid Social Experience: Pinterest Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok
  • Display Ads Experience: Youtube, Google Display, Programmatic
  • Paid Search & Shopping Experience
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience
  • Landing page platforms – Unbounce
