Sr. Director, Digital Marketing

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Sr. Director, Digital Marketing. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives to promote movies across various online channels. The Sr. Director, Digital Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage a range of digital marketing budgets, and leverage expertise to drive audience engagement, expand brand awareness, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and positivity.
  • Work with team to develop and implement digital marketing campaign strategies throughout the multiple stages of a film’s lifecycle, ensuring strategies remain aligned with the studio’s overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Oversee all digital tactics and activations, including social content, talent integrations, media creative and strategic partnerships.
  • Effectively foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure digital extensions are fully integrated into the overall marketing campaign.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and creative across all platforms, tracking performance metrics and using data-driven insights to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience and confidence presenting and communicating to filmmakers, talent, and studio executives.
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape including creative, social media, digital partners, influencers and emerging technology
  • Proven experience working a collaborative and fast-paced environment in the entertainment industry
  • Minimum 6 years marketing experience, 4 years digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

Compensation

$135,000 – $150,000
