We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our fantastic marketing team and drive The Ivy Collection’s success.

Purpose of the role:

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in one of the UK’s leading restaurant brands. We are looking to recruit for a Social Media Manager to support across The Ivy Collection restaurants, The Ivy Asia and Unique brand (Harry’s Dolce Vita, Harry’s Bar, Brasserie Of Light, Granary Square Brasserie) .

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and driving traffic to our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is a social media expert with a passion for storytelling, creativity, and staying abreast of industry trends.

We are looking for a hands-on, organised, and creative individual who must have at least five years experience within a social media role.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor content accordingly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our social media strategy remains cutting-edge.

 Content Creation:

  • Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
  • Utilize multimedia elements such as images, videos, and graphics to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Craft compelling and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

 Community Engagement:

  • Foster and grow an active and loyal community of followers.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor discussions and trends in the online community, providing insights and recommendations.

 Analytics and Reporting:

  •  Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and optimize social media campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Provide regular reports to management on social media KPIs and achievements.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.
