Are you appalled by the hardship being experienced by many families in Britain today? Are you motivated to push it to the top of the political agenda as we approach a General Election? Do you have the social media skills to help achieve that?

If you are, we have an exciting opportunity to join our media team as our Social Media Manager! We need someone passionate about solving poverty to tell impactful stories, get our work noticed and help us to achieve our goals.

You would create and run our social media campaigns across multiple channels, get our work seen by the right audiences and help our experts to build their profiles. You would get the chance to implement our new social media strategy, experimenting with different content and assessing the results. You would be able to help us influence change both now and in the future.

About you

You will be the kind of person who enjoys turning complex material into accessible social content using a variety of assets. You will enjoy being part of a team, working closely with policy experts and media team colleagues alike, to make sure our social content has maximum impact.

Maybe you have experience of living on a low income or have a particular insight about how we can make a difference for those who are? Wherever you gained your experience, if you care about fixing poverty in the UK and are excited to show that it doesn’t have to be like this, then we want to hear from you.
