You’ll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, focusing on creating educational content around GLP-1 medications, weight loss, and healthy living. This role requires both creative vision and analytical skills to track and optimise content performance.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our content and growth team and brand ambassadors, as well as other teams across the business (e.g., product, engineering, NHS, and partnerships), and be an integral part of our forward-thinking and dynamic team of professionals. Your line manager will be our Content and SEO Lead.

Requirements
A social media enthusiast who is passionate about health and wellness and understands the potential for social media to drive meaningful change in people’s lives. Creative, organised, and not afraid to experiment with new content formats and ideas.
Essential Requirements:
– Registered nutritionist (AfN) or dietitian (HCPC)
– Strong video content creation and editing skills for TikTok and Instagram
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to translate complex health information into engaging, accessible content
– Available to work 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 40 hours per week
Desirable Requirements:
– Good understanding of the aetiology of obesity and how lifestyle changes can lead to clinically meaningful health improvements
– An in-depth understanding of GLP-1 medications, their mechanisms, and clinical trial data
– An existing social media presence on personal pages (TikTok & Instagram)
– Experience with social media analytics and reporting
– Experience with social listening tools and trend analysis
– Understanding of social media trends and algorithm optimisation
– Experience creating content around medical or health topics
– Background in video production or digital content creation
Key Responsibilities
– Work with our Content & SEO lead to develop a video social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram
– Create and post video content twice daily on TikTok and 2-3 times per week on Instagram reels
– Develop educational content focusing on GLP-1 medications, weight loss, and healthy living
– Track and analyse social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports
– Work closely with brand ambassadors to create authentic, relatable content
– Conduct ongoing social listening and trend research to optimise content strategy
– Meet minimum posting targets while maintaining high content quality
