THE ROLE
We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented organic search enthusiast. Someone who takes pride in their work and has a natural curiosity that will result in innovative search solutions for our clients and our agency.
You’ll be competent in creating and delivering SEO strategies. This an end-to-end search role, where you can expect to be responsible for everything from auditing, through strategy and into implementation.
You’ll be an organic search advocate, comfortable in sharing your knowledge, ideas and opinions with our team and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Producing SEO audits
- Creating SEO strategies and road maps
- Undertaking keyword research and competitor research
- Management of SEO during website migrations
- Identifying organic search risks and opportunities
- Providing solutions to SEO challenges
- Communicating SEO processes to our team and clients
- Demonstrating the value of SEO in context of our clients’ objectives and targets
- Contributing to the SEO elements of our new business pitches
- Managing our SEO tool suite
- Identifying ways to effectively integrate SEO practices within the rest of our marketing disciplines
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstratable experience in SEO practices
- Experience in helping to set organic search goals and targets
- Fluent in a range of SEO tools
- Comfortable in using of Google Analytics to surface organic search insights
- Comfortable in interpreting HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Experience in communicating SEO practices with a wide range of marketing and business professionals
- Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
- An understanding for how paid media and organic search works effectively together
- Experience in working across multiple project management and ticketing systems
- Organisational skills that make angels weep with joy
- A flair for turning data and findings into captivating and compelling stories
