PandaDoc is looking for a creative and data-driven B2B marketer to join our Demand Generation team and be our Paid Social Manager.

You will be the owner of paid social user acquisition and pipeline targets to fuel PandaDoc’s growth in strategic markets. You will manage a budget and channel portfolio to maximise traffic, MQLs, and ROI in our sales funnel. 

You will work cross-functionally with Web Marketing, Content Marketing, Design and Sales to identify new growth opportunities and drive measurable results for the business. 

This is an extremely dynamic position and a great opportunity for an analytically strong marketer. 

In this role, you will:

  • Design a high-impact Paid Social strategy, launch new campaigns, and optimise performance to meet business goals.
  • Plan and manage advertising budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Drive innovation in ads strategies, experiment with new creative approaches, and stay at the forefront of social trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies that can influence PandaDoc’s approach.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and analysts to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Launch new channels from scratch (Quora, Reddit. TikTok, etc.) and experiment to turn them into predictable, scalable parts of our evergreen program.
  • Maintain partnerships with social platforms and vendors to unlock growth and insights.

About you:

  • You’re an expert in all major social platforms: Meta (Facebook) Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • You know how to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) and CRMs (SalesForce, Hubspot) to understand campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • You can conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
  • You have worked in digital marketing for 5 years, experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • You have strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent spoken and written English 

The annual base salary range for this position is $110-130K USD
This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents.
