Senior Paid Social Analyst

What you will do

  • Define and lead the social strategy for key clients, working closely with analysts to improve performance by constantly evolving and identifying new approaches
  • Clearly communicate this strategy to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure clarity across goals and plans
  • Identify and lead on platform best practice; from targeting core audiences to best-performing content formats and themes based on client data and wider industry trends
  • Work with analysts to manage and optimise Paid Social media campaigns across all social platforms to achieve business objectives and KPIs
  • Conduct campaign analysis using your insight and expertise to feed into future strategy
  • Understand client challenges and make confident evidence-based recommendations
  • Lead on QBRs and regular reports
  • Support clients in addressing blockers to achieve business goals
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Creator and Strategy, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all Paid Social campaigns

Requirements

  • You will be able to define a strategy and make it come to life
  • You have hands-on experience and detailed technical knowledge of platforms, including Meta and TikTok
  • You have a passion for data and all things social
  • You understand the role Paid Social and creator content plays in the wider social strategy
  • You love building a rapport with clients, peers and suppliers and have experience building productive relationships
  • You understand how to utilise new industry developments and technology
  • You are a confident communicator, always striving to surprise and delight your clients
  • You are self-motivated and ambitious with a positive “can-do” attitude, staying on top of relevant news and trends, using data to bring exciting creative concepts to life
  • You have at least five years of experience in Paid Social
