SUMMARY OF YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you will be responsible for the day to day running of your clients’ campaigns across multiple channels including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit.

With clients across fashion, travel, hospitality, and tech, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different areas where every day will bring a new challenge.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient implementation and execution of tasks, always delivering to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone who already has experience managing paid social campaigns but is looking to expand their experience and gain more exposure in a small, fast paced team.

You will have the close support of our Senior Paid Social Account Managers and Head of Paid Social but ultimately this opportunity is for the person who wants responsibility and ownership within their role, and the opportunity to develop quickly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Responsible for campaigns’ activation, optimisation and reporting across various channels i.e. Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and Pinterest

Regularly undertake account audits to improve performance

Undertake account hygiene checks

Provide briefs to the creative team

Ad optimisations, ad copy creation, device optimisation and audience bidding

Check daily budget pacing and escalate any issues to the Senior Paid Social Account Manager

Analysing return on investment of all Paid Social campaigns and reporting to the Paid Social Account Manager

Conduct A/B testing to improve performance

Respond to client communications, where applicable

INSIGHTS

Provide data insights and analysis to improve account efficiencies and drive ROI for clients

Identify areas of opportunity and present to the Senior Paid Social Account Manager

Contribute to weekly and monthly reports and QBRs, gathering data alongside insights

Complete any adhoc reporting requested by Clients or Account Managers

WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT

Work with the Account Manager to understand client approach and goals, planning daily, weekly and monthly activity on your accounts

Manage tasks assigned to you, flagging any issues or delays to delivery

Understand the account plan and how your own activity contributes to this

Keep up to date with the latest changes in the paid social landscape and ensure these are communicated clearly internally
