Senior Paid Media Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Consultant to join our award winning Paid Media Team. We’re looking for a minimum of 5 year of hands on experience in platform (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) – other networks would be a bonus. You’ll be a senior in the team, required to develop and implement strategies that help our largest clients hit their goals, manage client relationships and collaborate with other members of the team.

Core responsibilities

• Daily account management of Paid Media campaigns on Google Ads and wider platforms
• Communicating results and strategies with clients directly
• Keep pace with Paid Media industry trends and developments
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals and retain client accounts
• Support AMs/sales with new business and upsell opportunities, including our largest client pitches

What do we expect from you

• 5+ year of experience actively managing Paid Media campaigns (agency experience preferred but not essential)
• A desire to learn about broader marketing platforms and ad networks to further your skills
• Delivering exceptional results, retaining and delighting our clients
• Work in unity with others to meet client goals and retain client accounts
• Ability to thrive and enjoy a dynamic, high-paced environment while juggling multiple projects in parallel
• Takes ownership in getting any issues resolved
• Radical candour – Ability to give effective constructive feedback to team members and other staff whenever required.
