We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Web and Digital Growth to lead Axonify’s digital marketing strategy across our web properties and digital channels to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

With a proven track record managing customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation systems (MAS), intent platforms, Google search, social, display and web technologies you know how to translate your strategy into practice to grow Axonify’s online presence, increase website traffic, and optimize conversion rates to ultimately drive new customer and revenue acquisition.

This leadership role will own and monitor, manage and report on digital ROI and performance across all digital channels and provide insight to all marketing teams enabling optimization of content and programs for impact.

Leading a team of digital and web professionals and supporting their continuous growth, your team alongside business operations, the tools, lead/workflows and campaigns being run across marketing are optimized for scale, agility and growth.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, support their ongoing growth and development and continuously cultivate a world-class Digital Growth and Marketing team at Axonify
  • Own Axonify’s entire web and digital growth strategy across web, paid, search engine optimization (SEO), growth, our marketing tech stack and the people, processes and budget to achieve our digital and company ARR and pipeline targets
  • Lead our data-first marketing approach by owning Axonify’s marketing analytics dashboards and using data and insights to continuously optimize all aspects of marketing and digital campaign success and return on investment (ROI)
  • Lead and manage marketing team key performance indicators (KPIs), data and analytics across all functions, arming the team with insights and recommendations to improve performance spanning all marketing touchpoints across the entire customer journey including emails, landing pages, web journeys, call-to-actions (CTAs), forms and more
  • Lead, define and execute digital strategies that support the achievement of industry and regional pipe and annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets
  • Lead, define and implement segmentation strategies across digital marketing channels, and monitor movement between engagement segments to ensure leads/accounts are continually warming and becoming sales-ready
  • Partner closely with Business Operations to develop joint strategies and processes to ensure our sales and marketing tech stack are optimized, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation systems (MAS) data and structures are clean and processes for building, launching and tracking campaigns are frictionless and built for scale
  • Lead the strategy, execution and ongoing performance improvement of Axonify search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) including keyword targeting, content optimization and more
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic growth, engagement, and conversions across web and digital channels
  • Lead the planning, development, and optimization of our website and digital properties to enhance user experience and drive business objectives
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, display advertising, and retargeting
  • Lead the implementation of A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve website conversion rates and user experience
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of digital marketing best practices and innovations
  • Own and support the quarterly and annual planning process for the digital and growth function including target setting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide reporting and insights to be used for board and executive audiences

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on web analytics, conversion rate optimization, and digital growth strategies
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making
  • Experience with website optimization techniques, including A/B testing, user testing, and personalization
  • Expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong project management discipline leveraging workflow optimization tools
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results in web and digital marketing, including increasing website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display advertising
