Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager on a 12-month fixed term contractor to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and revenue growth. This role requires strong project management skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in technology, a collaborative mindset, and an ability to work proactively with stakeholders across the organization. Key stakeholders you will engage with include Field Marketing, Product Marketing and Digital Marketing.

Location: Remote/Office-based (flexible)
Contract Duration: 12 months (Maternity Cover)
Start Date: 6 January 2025

Job Responsibilities

•    Manage and create end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to reporting.
•    Develop and manage lead generation strategies across digital, email, social, and other channels, from top to bottom of funnel.
•    Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns.
•    Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising for key metrics.
•    Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on campaign goals.
•    Manage budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
•    Responsibility for driving Marketing Generated and Influences pipeline and Revenue.

Qualifications

•    Proven experience managing B2B marketing campaigns.
•    Revenue minded.
•    An understanding of the Buyers’s journey and ABM from 1:1 to 1:many
•    Be a data driven Marketer
•    Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
•    Strong story teller
•    Excellent communication and project management skills.
•    Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
