About this Opportunity
The SEO & Digital Marketing Manager at CBI Health will oversee the development and implementation of effective SEO strategies, data-driven insights, and digital management practices to optimize the company website’s performance. This role is essential for enhancing search engine visibility, improving user engagement, and driving lead generation. The ideal candidate will monitor digital campaigns, analyze user behaviors, and ensure that the CBI website adheres to best practices, ultimately enhancing brand visibility and supporting business growth.

- Conduct keyword research, optimize web content for search engines, and oversee backlink strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Stay up to date with search engines algorithms updates and adjust the website’s content and structure to improve rankings.
- Ensure the website is free of SEO issues, such as broken links, slow loading times and mobile responsive.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track, analyze, and report website performance metrics.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve website usability and content relevance.
- Collaboration with the content team to ensure high-quality, keywords-optimized content is regularly published.
- Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including PPC and social media, to complement SEO efforts and drive traffic.
- Reporting on campaigns ROI, integration to optimize future digital marketing.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or data analytics, preferably within the healthcare or related sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing websites for search engines and driving user engagement
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new technologies and strategies.
- A solid understanding of compliance and ethical considerations in digital marketing.
