Job Description

Here at Gousto we have an exciting opportunity in the form of Paid Social Manager. Reporting into the Head of Acquisition you will be responsible for our paid social & performance marketing channels, a pivotal area driving our customer acquisition. 

As the Paid Social Manager you will work with a wide range of teams & stakeholder within our tribe model from Digital Product, Analytics and our in house Creative Team!

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Hands on activation & management of Paid Social campaigns across the breadth of social media platforms: Meta, Pinterest, TikTok etc.
  • Continual tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimization of the Paid Social campaigns you manage
  • Work closely with our analytics and digital product teams to enhance the existing reporting & tracking suite
  • Work collaboratively with the digital product team to drive improvements to Paid Social conversion through landing page testing and broader CRO
  • Analyse competitors’ ads and offers – leveraging key insights to evolve our campaigns & performance
  • Develop an integrated approach to using Paid Social to deliver against Brand & Acquisition objectives
  • Own and optimise the process for developing Paid Social creative, leveraging a mix of internal and external creative teams as appropriate
  • Share best practice creative & offer testing results across channels
  • Establish excellent working relationships with peers across marketing functions as well as in technology and proposition
  • Be a positive and active member of the Acquisition & Retention team, role modelling our ownership principles both within and outside the team 

Who You Are 

  • Great experience with activating and managing Paid Social Ad campaigns 
  • Experience of working within a Tech driven consumer, subscription or Ecommerce company would be hugely beneficial! 
  • Motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience with data analysis, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Excel etc.
  • A motivated and energetic marketer, comfortable working at pace
  • A blend of highly commercial & creative with a deep understanding of how creative is used to drive channel performance
  • An excellent team player: collaborative and good at building relationships in cross functional teams
  • Very organised – adept at managing multiple marketing channels and work streams simultaneously
  • You naturally take initiative and are a self-starter, and are not afraid to use your voice (whether it’s to ask for help, offer suggestions, or to inspire change by questioning the norm.)
