Avid about Google Ads? Know your CPA from your CPC? If you spend more time analysing data than a NASA space engineer and love solving an ad-related problem, then we’ve got the role for you.

We’re after a strategic and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our team and oversee a multitude of exciting paid search campaigns.

With dozens of clients from fashion to furniture, fitness to food – all of whom look to us for guidance and clever spending and reporting of their ad budgets – we need someone who can efficiently run day-to-day management of client accounts across multiple channels. Whilst we’re primarily looking for a candidate with years of Google Ads experience, knowing your stuff across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube would be a distinct advantage.

Striving to improve performance for our clients’ e-commerce strategies and find new approaches to ads is the core focus of this role. You will constantly get under the hood of our ad accounts and see how improvements can be made, consistently delivering to a high standard.

You will work closely with our Paid Media Director from the campaign development process from beginning to end, including planning, activation, and reporting. The best part? No two days will ever be the same.

  • You can hit the ground running from day one, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to work hard and learn quickly
  • You have good commercial awareness and communication skills, willing to contribute to client meetings
  • You’re curious and keen to stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
  • You have excellent organisation and project management skills
  • You’re able to produce effective client-facing reports and audits, and deliver information in a clear and comprehensive way
  • You have a deep understanding of what makes an effective advertising campaign, with the ability to apply your experience to new brands and industries

Skills / Experience ✍️

Read below for our list of skills/experience, all of which is a guideline for this Paid Media role:

  • 5+ years of Google Ads experience
  • 2+ years of e-commerce paid media experience across multiple channels
  • 2+ years of agency experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience reporting on the performance of campaigns and identifying opportunities to optimise according to KPIs
  • Excellent knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running paid campaigns
  • Bonus points if you have years of Meta ad experience, and are comfortable dealing with Google Tag Manager, tracking scripts and GA4 setups!
  • Salary: Dependant on experience*
