The Paid Media Executive will report directly to the Paid Media Account Manager or Senior Account Manager and will support ongoing account execution across the aligned client portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist Managers and Directors with the delivery of client strategy, including the implementation of Account Development Plans (ADPs)
- Manage, optimise, and innovate within relevant ad platforms on a daily basis
- Create and manage campaigns to the highest standards, adhering to industry and Croud best practice guidelines
- Complete, communicate, and act upon daily checks to ensure optimal campaign performance
- Manage client budgets within ad platforms
- Collaborate with the internal network to deliver accurate and relevant reporting, supporting the Manager with communication of summaries
- Attend and contribute to client performance calls and quarterly business reviews
- Deliver high-quality data analysis, organising support from, and working with, the internal network
- Administer and deliver training within the internal network as required
- Conduct training sessions as part of the induction process or ongoing training initiatives
- Ensure adherence to all internal processes and requirements, including knowledge sharing.
- Support Managers and Senior Managers with innovation in new technologies, market trend monitoring, tech roadmap support, and internal academy development.
- Advocate company policy and processes, contributing to client retention efforts
- Deliver monthly Test and Learn case studies to showcase successes and insights
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
- Practical experience in digital marketing, including managing ad platforms such as Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, is advantageous
- Demonstrated skills in teamwork and collaboration within a professional setting
- Proficiency in conducting data analysis with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to think critically, approach problem-solving with a results-driven mindset
- Creative approach to content development and account management & optimisation
- Previous work or internship experience in marketing, public relations, or media is advantageous
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Openness to learning various aspects of the digital marketing industry, including paid search, paid social, and shopping
- While this position is open to all majors, a degree in subjects such as marketing, advertising, media and communications, or similar would be beneficial

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
