boohooMAN is seeking a Paid Media Assistant to join their team. You will receive training and develop an array of digital marketing skills, bringing you up to speed in the industry.

You will eventually take on responsibilities for supporting the day-to-day management of Paid Search & Paid Social accounts. This role would be suitable for someone seeking an entry-level position and having an interest in fashion & digital marketing.

What you’ll be doing

  • Quickly learn our current paid media strategy by shadowing the team.
  • Create ad copy and implement creative assets for various digital platforms.
  • Assist in budget management and allocation across our paid media channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Embrace a test and fail-fast mindset, exploring different testing methods to improve performance.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads & Meta.
  • Work towards key performance indicators to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Conduct regular keyword research and weekly negative keyword research.
  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills when working within the team, with the wider team, and externally with suppliers.
  • Contribute ideas for campaign optimisation and growth strategies.
  • Display a willingness to take Google AdWords and Blueprint exams.

More about you

  • An understanding of digital marketing. Please let us know if you have any qualifications in digital marketing/ google!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An interest in fashion & retail
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
