As a Barclays Media and Marketing Manager for Private Bank and Wealth Management (PBWM), you will be planning and executing global paid digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the media agency relationship, and continuously measuring and optimising the impact of media investment. This is an opportunity to assist on organic social media, employee advocacy and other marketing-related tasks as and when needed.

What will you be doing?
•    Planning/executing impactful paid media campaigns across relevant digital channels (paid social, display, programmatic, retargeting, PPC, content syndication, media partnerships)
•    Coordinating with the SEO team to leverage PPC and SEO synergies, align keyword strategies, and optimise landing pages for improved organic and paid search performance
•    Being compliant with cross-border rules and regulations while executing multi-geography campaigns, and diligently seeking/storing approvals for all content and assets
•    Owning and managing the media agency relationship, working with media owners and specialist agencies to develop best in class paid campaigns
•    Taking responsibility for owning the media budget, using it strategically and tactically to extract maximum campaign performance
•    Keeping up to date with emerging media, industry trends, innovations, regulations, competitors and potential impact e.g. Demise of 3rd party cookies
•    Presenting a clear picture of performance data, KPIs and actionable insights through reporting – e.g. daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly
•    Creating meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the Bank e.g. Group marketing, Regional teams, Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, etc

What we’re looking for:
•    Significant digital paid media background (preferably targeting UHNWIs) and in-depth knowledge of the full media mix., specifically PPC and social media campaigns
•    Advanced understanding of advertising technology and the AdTech landscape, matched with experience managing media activity across multiple jurisdictions globally
•    Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills
•    High numeracy with ability to analyse large data sets, create frequent visual reports and extract actionable insights

Skills that will help you in the role:
•    Being entrepreneurial, self-motivated and able to operate autonomously
•    Working knowledge and understanding of SEO
•    Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics
•    Ability to use creative asset generation tools such as Photoshop

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links.
