Hybrid working with regular travel to our London Bridge Office
What the job involves
We’re looking for three Marketing Officers to join our fast-paced communications team in a varied and dynamic role. You’ll be responsible for developing marketing communications for Prostate Cancer UK across a range of products.
In any one day, you could be developing a communications plan to drive event sign ups, building a Facebook lead generation campaign, or setting up an email journey to inspire our customers to donate and help change the lives of men with prostate cancer.
You’ll approach marketing with a product mindset, making the user’s need and experience primary, and work with teams across the charity to develop communications plans that reach the right audience, with the right content, on the right channels, at the right time, to make the biggest impact with the resource available.
What we want from you
We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and highly organised person with experience in digital marketing.
You’ll have the perfect mix of excellent writing and editing skills combined with a love of data and insightful analysis. You’ll have experience in paid marketing campaigns, particularly on Meta, and a good knowledge of email marketing.
Through your marketing expertise, you’re able to produce content and campaigns to engage and convert our priority audiences. And using audience insight and analytics, you’re able to continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to create the biggest impact and inspire our customers to take action to help save and improve the lives of men affected by prostate cancer.
You’ll be comfortable at building strong working relationships and working across teams to deliver joint projects and will have a keen eye for opportunities to innovate and expand our approaches. And you’ll happily use your expertise to support your team-mates as the occasion demands.
Why work with us?
Every man needs to know about the most common cancer in men – prostate cancer. It’s a real and present danger that takes over 12,000 of our dads, grandads, brothers and friends each year.
Prostate Cancer UK is the largest men’s health charity in the UK. We have a simple ambition – to stop prostate cancer damaging lives. We invest millions in research to revolutionise testing, treatment and care. We’re blazing a trail to a screening programme that could save thousands of lives with regular, accurate tests for all men at risk. And we work tirelessly to spread the word about men at risk and offer specialist support to people living with the disease.
Work with us and you’ll see your efforts pay off as we give men and their families the power to navigate prostate cancer.
