Marketing Manager, Property Management
Work with the General Manager to develop an annual marketing plan and budget. Implement marketing plan, including, but not limited to coordinating and overseeing marketing events, promotions, public and community relations, website, social and digital media management that supports the marketing plan. This position will also be fully engaged in tenant relations, sponsorship, and branding.
- Marketing Budget: Maintain budget accountability for marketing expenses and income.
- Marketing Plan: Create and execute an annual strategic marketing plan. Programs must be targeted to drive sales and measurable. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the center trade area, market trends and area competition. Prepare monthly marketing reports to provide insight on center events, programs, and website/social media analytics.
- Events and Promotion: Create quality, result driven events and promotions. Efforts should be focused on elevating guest experience while increasing exposure, driving traffic and sales. Secure tenant involvement for events and promotions and obtain feedback on programming and suggestions that can be implemented to drive more traffic to center.
- Website & Digital Marketing: Maintain the Center’s website content and updates accordingly. Manage centers social media platforms. Manage creative content generation, campaigns, engaging posts and targeted promotions for digital advertising and marketing. Provide retail support through social media platforms. Respond to inquiries accordingly and timely.
- Sponsorship & Branding: Secure sponsorships for signature marketing events, programs, and onsite activations. Identify and establish partnerships that complement the centers goals for elevating guest experience. Actively canvass and seek opportunities for new partnerships.
- Marketing Collateral: Responsible for managing production and installation of all collateral materials including, but not limited to, center campaign signage, banners, directories, newsletters, leasing signage, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree or proven experience in Marketing or Events.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, hospitality, event planning or related fields.
- Prior successful experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of program/event management and budget maintenance. Exposure to project planning.
- Professional oral presentation and writing skills required.
- Prior experience in effectively handling multiple projects/demands.
- Proficient computer skills & ability to learn new technology quickly.
