Job Overview

Pavilion Publishing and Media produces professional development products and services for public, private and voluntary workers in the health, social care, education, and community safety sectors.

The Marketing Executive will predominantly focus on our products and services in the learning disability, mental health and social care markets and assist with other areas as necessary. With over 20 years of experience in these sectors, they’re crucial to our brand and our sales.

The successful candidate be responsible for planning and executing all marketing activity from direct to digital for both B2B and B2C audiences.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for carrying out marketing campaigns to help reach, engagement, and sales of products. Working as part of a team, the marketing executive will be responsible for data capture, email marketing, print collateral where needed, social media, PR, marketing planning and reporting on a wide range of Pavilion products.

Experience Required

· Previous Marketing experience

· Online and Event Campaign planning and coordination

· Compelling copywriting for the web; direct and inbound marketing

· Experience of using email marketing software and developing email campaigns

· Basic understanding of PR

· Experience of working to deadlines and budget

· Lateral thinking; good at problem-solving

· Self-motivated

· Strong commercial acumen and record of success

· Understanding of reporting and analytics, including GA

· Excellent communication and relationship building

· Confident presence at events both face to face and virtually
