Marketing Executive

Wolf & Badger is on a mission to make retail fair. Working to support our community of 2000+ independent designers from around the globe, we connect customers with ethically sourced fashion, design, home and beauty through our online marketplace and flagship stores in London, New York City and Los Angeles.

The role

As a Marketing Executive at Wolf & Badger, you will work across different marketing channels on a variety of initiatives, bringing a proactive, organised, and efficient approach to your work. With a strong focus on copywriting, data analysis, and stakeholder management, you will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns ensuring all content is aligned with our branding and tone of voice.

What You’ll Do:

  • Email Production: Create engaging content and subject lines, design visually appealing emails, and ensure every detail meets our high standards. You’ll build, schedule and deploy email campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and tailor content for different customer segments.
  • Performance Reporting: Use data to evaluate channel and campaign performance, providing insights to drive improvement. Your reports will inform future strategies and support us in achieving our goals.
  • Copywriting and Proofreading: Support with the creation and editing of compelling copy across all marketing channels including; social media, emails, general marketing materials, magazine, and paid ads. You’ll ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
  • Brand Champion: Represent the Wolf & Badger brand in all written content. You’ll maintain our tone of voice across channels and create messages that engage and inspire and resonate with our customers.
  • Magazine Management: Upload, proofread, edit, and schedule articles for our online magazine. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing and PR teams to boost engagement and track the magazine’s performance with monthly reports.
  • SEO and Content Processes: Learn about SEO and take on responsibilities to improve our online presence. You’ll educate the team on content processes, fostering a transparent and efficient workflow.
  • Content Creation: Combine creativity with data insights to produce the best written content. Manage our brand features, keeping track of new and existing brands’ exposure on the platform. Organise image submissions and source imagery for marketing projects. You’ll also assist with content creation for our stores.
  • Promotional Coordination: Keep our promotional calendar on track and ensure all teams are aligned.
