We have a vacancy for an innovative individual with video experience to join the Graduate Admissions and Recruitment Office on a full-time and permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for the post-holder to provide expertise and take responsibility for developing visual content for all graduate recruitment channels, and manage the creation, filming, editing and production of recruitment videos and other digital content.

About the Role

This role will work in a fast-evolving area where the post-holder can make a significant contribution to the development, implementation and evaluation of the University of Oxford’s graduate student marketing, communication and recruitment strategies with a particular focus on development and production of visual content and videos.

The post-holder will provide expertise and take responsibility for developing visual content for all graduate recruitment channels, and manage the creation, filming, editing and production of recruitment videos and other digital content of the highest standards. The post-holder will also advise on and enhance our marketing and recruitment materials, undertake market research and evaluate campaigns, making recommendations for future activity and develop, implement and review email campaigns.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced videographer/marketing and communications professional to make a signification contribution in an area which is continually growing in terms of its strategic importance to Oxford.

You will be equipped with relevant professional experience in producing videos from planning stages to post-production and promotion and in editing using professional editing and post-production software, and experience of planning and delivering promotional campaigns using visual content via a range of different channels. An exceptional communicator with the ability to work pro-actively and creatively, the successful candidate will have an innovative and collaborative approach.
