If the answer is yes – then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an innovative International Senior Brand Manager to join our incredible GMG Europe & Africa team based at our London Euston office with Hybrid working.
This is truly a unique role as we are the growth engine of the company, overachieving our targets and have very ambitious growth plans into the future.
You will be responsible for the Devices (Waterpik) and OTC portfolio (Sterimar, Hero, Anusol and more). You will work closely with the Sales team, UK and International marketing teams and the distributors to grow our brands in Europe & Africa region.
You will have a thorough understanding of developing marketing plans, challenging media budgets and bringing best return on investment. This will include digital, above the line, PR and trade marketing.
- Creating annual brand plans
- Working closely with agencies to produce effective creative and media plans
- Working with Sales teams and distributors to establish best channel strategies with best portfolio and activities
- Management of Amazon advertising
- Implementing new product development initiatives for our region
We are looking for a candidate who is educated to a high standard who is digitally savvy, and experienced in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms. You should have experience in managing the development of brand websites and DC2, and a track record in international marketing in the EMEA Region. Experience in Trade Marketing is preferred, and you should have considerable marketing experience in Consumer Electronics, Beauty Devices, Specialist Beauty sector, or OTC. Project-management experience is also required.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for achievement and healthcare marketing, is naturally inquisitive, and has strong influencing and leadership skills. You should be ambitious, keen to take on responsibility, and able to challenge the status quo. You should be tenacious, resilient, and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles. Strong interpersonal skills, commercial understanding, and an international mindset are essential.
This role works Monday-Friday with flexibility required. This role involves international travel across the E&A region where you will meet with distributors, attend trade shows and work with agencies.
