If the answer is yes – then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an innovative International Brand Manager to join our incredible GMG Europe & Africa team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is truly a unique role as we are the growth engine of the company, overachieving our targets and focusing on very ambitious growth plans into the future.

You will be responsible for the Mass brands portfolio (Batiste, femfresh, Viviscal, Arm & Hammer, Hero, TheBreathCo will be the main brands).  You will work closely with the Sales team and wider UK and International marketing teams to grow our brands in the Europe & Africa region.

You will have a thorough understanding of developing marketing plans, challenging media budgets and bringing the best return on investment. This will include mostly digital, but also above the line, PR and trade marketing as you work closely with our partners within the region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating annual brand plans
  • Working closely with agencies to produce creative and effective media and trade marketing plans
  • Motivating, challenging and supporting distributors to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Implementing new product development initiatives for our region
  • Working with the Sales team and distributors to expand our portfolio in the region
