Over the past two years, Morgan & Morgan has built a first-in-class Creator Program. We’ve launched more than 1,000 YouTube integrations, partnered with dozens of TikTok & Instagram creators and built viral influencer campaigns.
We’re looking for a Manager, Influencer Marketing to help take our Creator Program to new heights. We’re looking for someone to manage the day to day of creator relationships. The role will include creator sourcing, rates negotiations, creative briefing, logistics coordination and program tracking. The ideal candidate understands how to build and operationalize creator networks at scale and will help take us to the next level.
This position will sit on Morgan & Morgan’s creative team – the team that is behind thousands of the nations’ most prominent billboards, the most eye-catching location takeovers, and clever TV commercials. If you’re deeply steeped in the world of creator marketing, have experience managing large rosters of creators, and enjoy creating entertaining content, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Work to build the overarching program infrastructure, including program brand identity and messaging, rules of engagement, toolkits and more.
- Manage campaign reporting.
- Oversee logistics of content buying and whitelisting.
- Create a robust creator content pipeline to be used in other areas such as owned channels and whitelisting campaigns.
- Source new creators to grow the community nationally and engage micro-communities across key marketing, interests, and life stages.
- Oversee & develop relationships with creators and agency reps joining our Creator Program.
- Influencer management: application process, contract and deliverables, managing all communications, scheduling and logistics, negotiate rates with creators and agency reps to keep at benchmark CPM’s.
- Content guidance and review including:
- Reviewing creators draft content to ensure creative and legal guidelines.
- Provide feedback to creators guiding them through the entire logistical and creative process.
- Draft and send creator correspondence.
- Updating and reporting metrics on an ad hoc basis.
 Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years working experience in the influencer marketing space or general social media.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Meta.
- Experience using influencer CRM tools( a plus).
- Exceptional written skills and the ability to keep large teams aligned and informed.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing tech developments, platform innovations, and industry trends

$85,000—$95,000 USD
