The role:
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Demand Generation, the Head of Demand generation will be responsible for effectively leading the Demand Gen team. You will be responsible for fostering a customer-centric culture and executing the strategic direction for Darktrace’s Demand Gen team in the region.
In this position you will attract, develop, retain and motivate an existing team of Marketing Executives whilst also developing distinctive and clear value propositions and campaigns for multi-product offerings. We’re looking for someone that demonstrates an account-based focus that knows how to create and executive the right strategies to landing named accounts
Skills
- 15+ years of experience in marketing for B2B SaaS companies of which at least 5 in management positions
- Track record of managing B2B or B2C demand generation capabilities
- Strong understanding of varying customer buying personas
- A leader and mentor with both creative and analytical capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3.2 GPA from a leading University or equivalent.
