As a SEO Manager at Figma, you will play a vital role in developing, leading and scaling our organic strategies. You will be responsible for working with a team of designers, marketers, data scientists, and engineers to lead the strategic planning of cross-functional projects, establish processes that help us work more effectively, and help ensure that projects are making an impact. This role will be key in helping us tackle some of the most exciting problems, unlocking new opportunities, and creating an environment where our teams can do their best work.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the continental United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Help lead and implement Figma’s SEO strategy for current and new products.
- Identify new and unique opportunities to increase Figma’s organic channel growth.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO practices and techniques.
- Perform technical audits + handle SEO backlogs for respective teams.
- Create strong cross-team partnerships and drive cross functional alignment.
- Develop end-to-end project plans (including kickoff, ticketing, workback scheduling, meetings, GTM plans, and regular reporting) to help the team deliver against a daring roadmap.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of SEO campaigns.
- Provide project management leadership, clear communication and support on key initiatives across marketing.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years of in-house SEO experience
- A consistent record of growing rankings, traffic, and or revenue through SEO tactics and experimentation.
- Proven track record of completing projects that required cross-functional partnership
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience using project management software
- Experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience preferably in an Enterprise SaaS company
- Experience demonstrating programmatic SEO strategies to scale organic traffic growth.
- Strong understanding of international SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end web programming languages.
