The Past: Uberall was founded in 2013 by David Federhen and Florian Hübner, two longtime friends with a vision to improve customer experience across the online and offline worlds. They created a platform that connected companies with local customers in the digital-first moment.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Head of Brand and Content to lead the Uberall global brand strategy, content development, and storytelling initiatives. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer at Uberall.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling narratives, a deep understanding of branding principles, and a proven track record of driving brand growth through engaging content and social marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with our mission and values, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Content Strategy: Lead the creation of engaging content across various formats and platforms. Manage content calendars, enhance our blog, and optimize content distribution.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling brand narratives and showcase customer success and thought leadership.
  • Social Media, PR, and Communications: Drive our social media strategy, oversee media relations, and ensure cohesive corporate messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to refine strategies and improve brand effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and nurture a team of talented content creators, writers, and creative professionals. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative workplace culture that fosters the generation of fresh, creative ideas from the team.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience of 10+ years in brand management, content strategy, and creation, in a B2B technology-focused environment, preferably working in the SAAS industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful creative and content teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, social media, and content distribution best practices.
  • Demonstrate a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate in storytelling and content creation, while also possessing strong strategic thinking to translate business objectives into compelling brand and content strategies
  • Possess strong project management skills, efficiently handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing content management systems, analytics tools, and design software to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.
