Core Responsibilities of the Email Marketing Executive Role

• Develop, implement, and optimise email marketing campaigns to achieve business goals and enhance customer engagement.
• Segment email lists based on customer behaviours and preferences to support targeted marketing efforts.
• Test email content, subject lines, and templates to identify opportunities for improving open rates and conversions.
• Work closely with the content creation team to produce compelling email content and design that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Analyse campaign performance and report on insights, trends, and areas for improvement using key metrics and analytics tools.
• Stay abreast of email marketing best practices, trends, and legislation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for campaign enhancements.
• Excellent written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently managing multiple projects.

Desirable Qualifications and Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools and customer segmentation strategies.
