Hanna Andersson is looking for a driven, user-centric Digital Product Manager with a robust technical background to take the reins of our SEO channel and lead digital marketing and e-commerce integrations. Essential Functions:
- Own SEO: As an SEO expert, improve the effectiveness of Search as a channel, inclusive of setting growth targets, creating and executing strategies, and tracking and reporting on business impact.
- Leverage Data: Leverage your understanding of AI / ML recommendation engines to better leverage our customer data and work with 3rd party tools to deliver better, smarter and more effective experiences.
- Create & Deliver Product Roadmap: Identify the needs of the customer, and internal end-users, and in turn, develop concepts that can be tested and delivered in a way that moves the business forward.
- Identify & Integrate: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify 3rd party tools necessary to deliver product roadmaps and drive the integration in a way that delivers business outcomes, meets performance thresholds, and scales for the future.
- Collaborate: Partner with our development teams on architecture, integrations, and monitoring to ensure our new and existing solutions work end-to-end.
- Manage Partners: Drive vendors through concept through implementation, while holding them accountable for their part in delivering performance-based products and SLA’s. Facilitate vendor agreements, and relationships, & optimize budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required in lieu of direct experience.
- 5+ years in a product management, engineering, data, or equivalent roleÂ
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Advanced proficiency and history of delivering results for SEO, marketing products & experiences, and e-commerce tools experiences and tools
- Experience driving SEO development and improvements in e-commerce
- Experience with A/B testing, Google Analytics, and deriving actionable insights from data
- Comfort with the translation of requirements to geek-speak with diverse audiences
- Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence
- Advanced experience working withinSCRUM / Agile methodologies
- Experience delivering presentations to inform and persuade at the executive level
- Previous experience implementing CRM, infrastructure or e-commerce platforms a plus but not required
