We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Performance Marketing Team as a Digital Media Lead!

As a Digital Media Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of paid media campaigns for our joint venture partners such as GAP, Joules and Victoria’s Secret.

You will work closely with our media partners to deliver performance marketing campaigns, to maximise the profitable acquisition of new customers and generation of sales from existing customers, via multiple channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok and other media platforms.

With experience in managing large campaigns you will have great technical knowledge, be results oriented and able to work accurately at pace.

You must have a passion for online and the technological side of marketing. You will be analytically minded, comfortable with data and have a willingness to work closely with internal stakeholders and our media agency to deliver profitable marketing.

We can offer Hybrid working, with part of the week working at our Manchester Arndale office and part of the week working remotely.

About the role

  • Working alongside key internal stakeholders to plan and execute performance led digital media campaigns
  • Manage the relationship with the media agency & key strategic partners
  • Align with marketing and commercial teams to proactively plan and deliver seasonal paid media briefs
  • Manage all aspects of reporting and communicate insights on campaign performance.
  • Managing seasons paid media budgets and communicating change effectively.
  • Work closely with media partners to explore new innovative opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with the digital landscape.
  • Must be comfortable navigating through platforms SA360, Google & Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads & Google Analytics

About you

  • 5+ years of experience of digital performance media across multiple channels
  • A proactive self-starter who works well in a fast paced environment
  • A self-motivated & highly organised individual, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure.
  • Highly analytical with strong numeracy and excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience of managing client partners and/or agency relationships
  • Effective team player; positive can do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Datastudio would be an advantage.
