Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing strategy
  • Work with the sales team to incorporate marketing plans
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Track and monitor SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
  • Manage all digital marketing channels such as website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
  • Create engaging content for our adopted marketing channels, including our website, landing pages, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and more
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a regular digital marketing report
  • Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage and train the rest of the team, when needed, on new strategies and trends

What we look for:

  • Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Good knowledge of all different marketing channels
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Certified in Google Analytics.
  • Experience working with or in the Higher Education, Healthcare, and Nonprofit sectors.
