Our ideal Digital Marketing Manager – Creative Director will lead the strategy and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and Social Media Ads, with a strong focus on creative direction and project management.
You will leverage your marketing expertise to advise clients on their digital strategies, ensuring campaigns are effectively managed from inception to completion.
This role involves overseeing the creative aspects of campaigns, coordinating project workflows, and fostering seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential for delivering high-quality, timely results while managing client expectations across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google and retargeting ads, to drive client success.
- Collaborate with creatives and copywriters to produce impactful marketing assets.
- Conduct market research, develop strategies, and create content that supports campaign goals.
- Report on campaign performance and optimize ROI through A/B testing.
- Manage projects from brief to completion using Designity’s tools, ensuring quality results.
- Align client goals with project outcomes, managing timelines and expectations.
- Mentor Designity’s creatives, setting direction and supporting their growth.
- Communicate clearly with clients, presenting work and translating feedback into actionable tasks for Creatives.
- Serve as a key decision-maker, leader and mentor within the team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in creating and monitoring campaigns using digital platforms and CMS tools like WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
- Proven success in managing paid campaigns and delivering strong results.
- Experience in a creative/design agency or as a freelancer overseeing client projects is preferred.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to develop briefs, timelines, and manage independently.
- Experience mentoring and guiding creatives at various levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field; additional management education is a plus.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Based in the US or Canada with excellent English communication skills.
- Quick learner with a passion for processes and multitasking.
