Digital Marketing Manager

Do you have a background in digital marketing in the entertainment industry or education sector?

Would you relish taking the lead on the digital communications strategy at one of Britain’s oldest performing arts training institutions?

Do you have a flair for creating digital content and materials that are inspiring and impactful? And could you imagine deploying your skills to help us showcase the best of our output in Acting, Musical Theatre and Dance, the success of our alumnx and our events throughout the year including Equality Diversity & Inclusion? You’ll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to shape and inform a digital marketing strategy that puts us centre stage and raises the profile of all the exciting work that goes on at Italia Conti.

You’ll be joining us at a pivotal moment in our history. In September 2022 we completed an extensive rebranding exercise in tandem with our move to our new campus in Woking. You’ll be responsible for ensuring we get our messages out across all media, leading on our digital platforms and our publications, and engaging with a range of stakeholders from students, staff and our alumnx to business, media, government, the local community, diverse groups and the wider public and making us stand out to our internal and external audiences.

Your background in digital marketing in the performing arts or education sectors, your conversance with paid online marketing (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Google Ads) and your innovative ideas and approach will mark you out as a strong candidate for the role. In addition, you’ll love what we do and be an all-round communicator – articulate, open, collaborative and a pleasure to work with.
