Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing multi-channel digital marketing programs and initiatives geared towards driving growth for NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP). This position involves collaboration with various hospital business functions within the organization, as well as external digital agencies and vendors. As the 360 Digital planning lead, the Digital Marketing Manager offers strategic guidance and operational support for a diverse range of digital marketing activities, including paid media strategy and execution, campaign analytics and optimization, email marketing, website page development, SEO, and more. This role ensures that a “digital-first” mindset is integrated into every facet of the marketing planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide expertise and input in crafting comprehensive campaign marketing plans, encompassing digital strategies and programs aimed at achieving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion goals. Develop campaign measurement plans and select digital Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure the application of digital best practices throughout marketing plans.

· Efficiently manage campaign timelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners. Take ownership of managing paid digital media investments through agency partnerships, including paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video, connected TV, digital sponsorships, and other channels.

· Conduct audience and planning research using digital tools and platforms, leveraging site traffic data, historical campaign performance, competitive insights, and more.

· Proficiently interpret and analyze data from various sources across digital marketing campaigns, including email, display, search, social, video, and mobile, to derive crucial insights and identify opportunities for performance optimization.

· Fulfill all responsibilities inherent to a managerial role, including participation in the hiring, training, evaluation, etc.

Preferred Criteria:

· 3-5 years of experience in managing paid digital media campaigns within a corporation or advertising agency.

· Hands-on experience in implementing and managing campaigns on digital advertising buying platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and others.

· Proficiency in SEO practices and techniques.

· Familiarity with email marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact.

· Experience in updating and managing websites through Content Management System (CMS) platforms like Drupal, Adobe, and WordPress.

· Proficiency in managing brand and company pages on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.

· Previous experience within the healthcare industry.

The shift for this position is Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

Required Criteria:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· A minimum of 8-10 years of digital marketing experience within a corporation or advertising agency.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proven track record of success.

· Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.

· Ability to excel in executing tasks within tight timeframes while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Salary Range:

$122,500-$157,000/Annual
