Digital Marketing Executive

To support our growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive. Reporting to our Head of Performance Marketing, the role will involve coordinating and executing the organic marketing strategy for our six markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• • Social Media (Facebook / Instagram)
    • Using Hootsuite, schedule posts across all Merci Maman Instagram accounts daily and oversee caption creation in all languages with an overall following of 350k.
    • Engage with the social community and respond to enquiries on social media in a timely manner.
    • Prepare stories and post daily following our content pillars.
    • Promote organic posts via Meta Business Suite to reach a wider audience and report on results.
  • E-mail Marketing
    • Adapt email broadcast campaigns and oversee scheduling for all markets every week using Ometria, our CRM platform.
    • Implement email campaign A/B testing and advanced segmentation when relevant.
    • Update the marketing calendar according to global and local campaigns.
  • Blogs / SEO
    • Research relevant keywords and trends, and work on a global blog calendar for search engine optimisation.
    • Write and optimise weekly blog articles using Magento our content management system.
  • Branding / Creativity / Reporting
    • Ensure that the brand voice is reflected across all languages and is appropriate for each channel.
    • Using Photoshop, adapt and create content when needed such as reels, stories, and email blocks.
    • Report on content and campaign performance – e.g., timings, engagement, top performing visuals, A/B testing results, etc.
    • Work with the rest of the Marketing team to build campaigns locally and globally.

We are looking for:

• • • Native or native-level English speaker with creative copywriting skills.
    • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience managing social media accounts and/or CRM campaigns.
    • Strong time management and organisational skills.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Experience using a CRM platform, particularly Ometria, is highly advantageous.
    • Fluency in another language is desired, especially French, Spanish, Italian or German.
    • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices would be beneficial.
