We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Arm & Hammer™ Commercial & Professional and Performance Products teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share for various business-to-business brands across the Church & Dwight portfolio.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote key Church & Dwight brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful launch of new products and initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print, and trade shows.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, such as product demonstrations, webinars, and customer events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and partners to drive brand advocacy and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to leverage best practices, share insights, and align marketing strategies across regions.
- Drive sustainable sales growth and enhance customer retention through data-driven marketing initiatives and targeted customer engagement strategies.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing management, preferably in the business-to-business space.
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
