Job Title: Associate Director, Digital Growth, Ebiquity North America

Position Reports to: Group Director, Digital, North America

Location: Remote – United States. Must be located in America/Canada and be able to work within Eastern Standard Time Zone

The Role

The Associate Director of Digital Growth will be a pivotal player within Ebiquity, combining deep digital media experience with a proven commercial growth track record. This role demands a confident and credible professional who can independently navigate the complex client organizations and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.

Specific responsibilities include:

· Develop and implement strategies for driving growth across digital media analysis sectors, including programmatic platforms, DSPs, ad verification, paid search, paid social, and advanced TV.

· Engage and advise senior stakeholders from major brands, demonstrating expertise as a trusted advisor in digital media.

· Drive commercial business growth by identifying new opportunities and capitalizing on digital trends and innovations.

· Deliver compelling presentations, communicating complex digital media concepts with clarity and confidence.

· Foster and maintain executive-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with Ebiquity’s digital suite of solutions and services.

· Coordinate with global teams to maintain high-quality service delivery, ensuring alignment with the client stakeholder business needs.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills

· A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a focus on digital media within an agency, client-side or publisher setting.

· Demonstrable experience in senior-level engagements with key decision-makers, emphasizing digital media strategies.

· A history of driving significant, scalable, and sustainable business growth.

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on digital media topics.

· Independent work style, adept at operating with minimal supervision while maintaining team cohesion.

· Experience Characteristics / Attitudes / ValuesConfidence and credibility in discussing digital media at an expert level.

· Proactive problem-solving capabilities with a dynamic and agile approach.

· A highly collaborative nature, consistent with Ebiquity’s core values.

Salary Range – $130k-$150k per annum, based upon experience and geographical location
