We’re looking for a savvy Digital Communications Executive with exceptional analytical and creative skills to help us deliver high-quality digital communications.

The Role

Based within the Degree Education and Career Centre Marketing team, the goal of the Digital Communications executive is to identify, engage and nurture high-calibre prospective students in to active enquirers. You can expect to:

• Prepare and distribute high quality, compelling, and targeted email campaigns 
• Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of email campaigns against departmental KPIs and industry benchmarks and ensure campaigns meet business objectives 
• Use our CRM/Database to segment according to key markets for various platforms and making recommendations for establishing new target groups
• Work with our thought leadership team to prepare and send the London Business School Review fortnightly email newsletter
• Tailor and optimise existing nurture journeys/campaign automations and research and propose new customer journeys 
• Support and work alongside the wider team to build and execute the annual plan
• Support on the briefing and delivery of content within the wider team

• Experience in communications or marketing 
• Experience with CRM and mailing systems – MSD, click dimensions, dotmailer desirable
• Strong creative and analytical skills 
• Robust communication and team work skills
