The UK Global Commercial Services (GCS) Prospect Marketing Team is a critical driver of growth and responsible for developing and managing a suite of marketing solutions for all business segments across the globe from small business to global enterprises.


We are looking for a dynamic team member who can translate customer needs and marketplace understanding into powerful marketing campaigns that are best-in-class, and who can then effectively deliver those campaigns to the market in unique and compelling ways.


This is a highly visible role reporting into the UK Prospect Acquisition Manager. 

It’s a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, energetic and relationships-orientated Marketing Executive to lead our offline acquisition efforts across the Small Business Enterprise (SME) segment. This will encompass the lead generation and sales pipeline acceleration activities across the UK.  The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the telemarketing teams marketing campaigns, project management of large scale events, planning of dimensional mail campaigns, working on above-the-line (ATL) and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns.



  • Develop and implement the SME offline acquisition strategy across events, dimensional mail, 360 degree brand campaigns, and telemarketing campaigns
  • Manage key Senior Leader relationships within Sales, Product, Brand, and PR
  • Work with a variety of agency stakeholders across creative development, media buying, events and printers
  • Partner with the Strategy and Insights team to analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying new opportunities to drive yearly growth targets
  • Manage offline capabilities for the SME telemarketing channel
  • Manage and administer the marketing budget for the SME dialogue channel, including end-to-end supplier payments and internal reconciliation

Key Drivers of success:

  • Execute on plan to drive leads, wins, New Accounts Acquired (NAA), charge volume for GCS
  • Track leads from every marketing campaign and work in partnership with sales team to drive conversion rates through the sales pipeline, ultimately resulting in NAA
  • Drive alignment between prospect marketing and sales teams to identify risks to plan and growth opportunities
  • Deliver reporting and analytics to drive results and investment decision

Required skills:

  • The successful candidate will have high levels of energy, a proactive attitude and be willing to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills to manage stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Account Development (essential)
  • Developing creative customer-centric communications and messaging, including copywriting
  • Track record of successful project planning, management and delivery, including excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and forecasting skills
  • Able to work independently under own initiative
  • Significant work experience
  • University degree, preferably in Marketing
