Job Description

Title:  Social Media Manager Location: Bournemouth Part-time: 3.5 hrs per week Hours: 10am-6pm Salary: £11,760 RISE. are extremely excited to offer an opportunity to be able to work with a renowned British Artist and his brilliant team based in their amazing studio in Bournemouth. They are famous for creating ground-breaking art materials for artists all across the world and are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team. They need someone who has a flare for creating innovative creative content and who has in depth experience across all of the Social Platforms. This is a role like no other, and really is as good as it sounds!   About You: - Demonstrable history of creating amazing content and managing multiple social media platforms. - Interest in art or design is highly beneficial. - Planning and organisation skills. - Personable and friendly demeanour. - Strong attention to detail. - Self-motivated. - Highly efficient, with the ability to work well in a busy and fast paced environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with Later, Hootsuite, Sprout social or equivalent platforms. - Experience with Final Cut or similar video editing software. - Graphic design experience (beneficial not essential).   Duties and Responsibilities: - Create outstanding creative content across all social platforms. - Plan, implement and manage the social media calendar while staying up to date with current trends and the new offerings and product releases. - Be reactive when responding to comments, questions, and re-posting. - Be the voice of the company so understanding tone and feel will be essential. - Drive engagement, and the growth of each account. - Stay up to date with the latest trends in social. - Engage and further build the already established online community. - Report on the performance of campaigns and the growth of each social account. - Collaborate with other members of the team and exterior providers to develop the best work possible.   Benefits: - Exciting and artistic work environment. - 3.5 day working week. - 2 hours of yoga as a team every week (optional). - ‘Can’t be asked day’ - (personal day, twice a year).   We look forward to receiving your application
