Digital Marketing Executive

My client who are based in Farnborough are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got experience working within Online/Digital Marketing who are looking for their next step. My client are within the laboratory/pharmaceutical industry and are looking for candidates who have got an interest in this sector. You will be supporting the growing marketing function and will be an integral player in the marketing team.
Working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, you will have the experience to create, implement and monitor a bespoke digital marketing strategy including e-mail campaigns, social media, website and SEO.
Create and edit e-mail marketing content and evaluate the effectiveness of e-mail campaigns.
Create, manage and evaluate effective social media content spanning Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube to support integrated marketing campaigns.
Maintaining the company website using Wordpress with engaging content that boosts SEO rankings and optimises traffic, including resources such as case studies, application notes and white papers.
Use SEO tools such as Yoast for keyword planning to increase visibility of and drive traffic to PAAs website.
Development and execution of paid search advertising and use of Google AdWords for campaigns.
Marketing enquiry management and business enquiry management.
Maintain the marketing database, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation (GDPR).
Reporting and analysis of digital marketing activities.
Carry out regular research of competitor online activity and propose events and activities to amplify PAAs digital reach.
Monitoring press coverage.
Manage external agencies where necessary for development of digital content, including design, photography and videos
Support in the development of marketing collateral e.g. images, video, brochures, case studies, white papers and maintaining the marketing intranet.
Key Job Skills
At least 3 years experience in a similar B2B Digital Marketing role, taking ownership of digital marketing projects.
Experience of managing social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube) and excellent English grammar and writing skills to develop engaging content for these platforms.
Competent website management using WordPress.
Experience of SEO and analysis tools, such as Google Analytics
Skills to create visuals and graphics, ideally with a knowledge of photoshop.
The ability to create targeted and measurable digital marketing plans.
