Job Description

The role of the CRM Marketing Assistant will be to support the function of the CRM team. You will be organised, efficient and able to prioritise workload, whilst being a team player and good communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Managing compliance folders for all outbound communications
  • Pulling weekly and ad hoc CRM reports
  • Working with third parties and clients on projects to improve the department’s marketing stack
  • User testing new products and platforms
  • Managing comms schedule and briefs- highlighting any campaigns that need further discussion, ordering by date and time of communication, Splitting comms by channel
  • Uploading manual segments for communications
  • Managing and logging platform issues
  • Sourcing prizes for promotions
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Key Skills

  • 1+ year’s work experience
  • Quick learner
  • Excel, PowerPoint & word skills
  • Knowledge of Google Docs
  • Good team player
  • Good communicator
  • Proactive approach to problem solving,
  • Ability work under pressure
  • A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail
