Your role will be to support the Digital Operations Manager working in a growing digital team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day development, delivery and maintenance of the organisation's digital products, platforms and services and the briefing and planning of new digital work.
Digital Project Manager and Content Manager Responsiblities:
Part of your role will be both contributing to and planning editorial content (also working with external contributors) and you will be involved in updating and amending content.
Following recent developments in video content delivery you will come up with & develop new video content for the various brands within the company.
Project manage regular content filming & delivery and rewrites based on analytics and user insights and to support campaigns and overall development plans for the organisation's digital channels.
This involves managing the video editing & graphic design team, facilitating content and uploading content and images, using the CMS, for a digital audience, optimising content for search engine performance and to enhance user experience. ·
Manage technical updates and developments, including regular reviews, user testing and liaising with internal technical teams and agency partners to optimise digital performance.
Host livestreamed trainings at our weekend events & Symposiums.
Monitor and report on analytics using relevant online tools. In particular, ensuring that correct codes and tags are in place for tracking usage and performance, and reporting on the effectiveness of published content in delivering key performance indicators. ·
Work with Digital Operations Manager and Digital Content team to establish a network of content providers; including providing appropriate training, guidance and support.
Keep up-to-date with new digital developments and research opportunities for the organisation where appropriate.
Digital Project Manager and Content Manager Requirements:
You will be a values-driven person with interest, advocacy and belief in the purpose of a British organisation that has been set up in support of an important sector of society.
You will have 3 years proven experience in a digital PM/production role and a genuine passion for new digital technology.
The organisation has already made great strides in it's digital platforms and communications and continues with an ambitious focus.
You should be a methodical and adaptable person as you will be working with business as usual amends/updates and large scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Proven experience of working with a CMS is essential.
Experience working across multiple projects and prioritising work in a busy environment is important.
Experience of using Adobe CS6 to produce creative content, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier would an advantage.
Understanding of web and mobile UX and accessibility, SEO and analytics is ideal.
Good project management and stakeholder liaison skills are needed to facilitate required changes.
