Ignata is recruiting a Social Media Manager (6 month FTC) for a leading household name retail brand
A UK retailer and wholesaler who is passionate about innovation across their diverse portfolio of Health and Beauty categories and puts the consumers at the forefront of everything they do. Based in Nottingham, this particular role is offering flexible working conditions to work from home or London office a few days per week and unrivalled company benefits.
The Interim Social Media Manager (6 month MAT cover) will be responsible for the Beauty and Wellness campaigns and sits within the wider Social Media Marketing team.
Planning and delivering social media advertising campaigns and creatively optimising current campaigns
Working with external agencies and social media platform teams to create and deliver best in class social seasonal campaigns
Collaborate internally with content and ATL teams to share insights and gather inputs for future social content
Recommending and managing paid influencers as part of campaign integration
Managing the day to day of 2 x Social Media Assistant’s/ Digital Marketing Assistant
Analysing and gathering insights, budget management and assessing paid and organic activity
Experienced in seasonal social campaigns who will be ready to hit the ground running
Able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Up to date market knowledge and social tools/ best practice platforms
Proven ability to analyse campaign effectiveness, ROI across paid and organic social media plans
Ideally experience in sourcing, briefing content and managing paid influencers
Previous management of Direct Reports
Creative mind-set and strong communication skills
£40- £50K base

2-3 days work from home or London office on offer
